Humility is a “discreet” trait. The discreetness of humility allows people to judge their behaviors, thoughts, and actions within a matter. Such good judgement through humility can lead to a better or less dire outcome.

Practicing humility also causes one to have a “discrete” nature. A discrete nature helps people to separate their thoughts, behaviors, and actions within a matter. And again, such separation can lead to a better or less dire outcome.
Humility is not a form of weakness. It's not an excuse to dumb oneself down. It's not a substitute for fear. Humility is the opposite of these things. It’s a form of strength, a mark of wisdom, and a staple for courage.
The opposite of pride, humility shifts the focus from “self.” This shift allows one to make sound judgments and separate behaviors, thoughts, and actions. This can help one to provide a better response within a given matter.
Humility is not easy or exciting. Humbling oneself is challenging, uncomfortable, and sometimes seems unfair. However, when consistently practiced, humility can be one’s saving grace.
Humility is a simple reminder to have a seat sometimes.
